In order for the match to be “sanctioned” it must meet the below criteria:
Participating Teams must be registered with USAR (club , players, coaches) - this is a liability issue and will be no exceptions!
College Men's and Women’s clubs should follow their College's policies & guidance and all Division regulations.

- Clubs must have a L1 ( formerly L200 ) certified coach, who is current on all courses ( Safesport, Rugby Basics, etc ) and have a current Background check through USA Rugby
- Teams must have paid all club dues to USA Rugby and the GU
- Teams must have a minimum of 8 registered players
